Refund and Cancellation Policy

• 50% refund if cancelled before 15th July 2026.
• 25% refund if cancelled before 25th July 2026.
• No refund if cancelled on/after 25th July 2026.
• Payment shall be refunded 1 month after the Conference, to the account from which booking transaction done.
